Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pivo Vino Bru-In.

The following are our terms for shipping your online order. 

We only ship to Canada, no orders will be sent outside of the country. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you to let you know.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We ship with our partners at UPS and Canada Post. 

Shipping charges and taxes for your order will be calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight, address and speed of service.  

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Pivo Vino Bru-In is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If your items are damaged during shipping please contact the carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged good before filing a claim.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
